The Medical Affairs Company (TMAC) partners with pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostic and medical device companies to establish or augment their medical affairs capabilities. As a company experienced in and dedicated exclusively to medical affairs, TMAC can support your team with the following services:

Field Medical Teams
Global Contract Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and other field-based medical (FBM) teams (i.e. Clinical Nurse Educators, Clinical Trial Liaisons, Clinical Specialists, Managed Care Liaisons) to engage in the full spectrum of scientific exchange on behalf of your company.

TMAC’s Contract MSLs and other FBM teams are selected for your company based on your specific requirements and country/regional needs and hired as full time, salaried, fully benefited employees of TMAC. These employees are assigned exclusively to your company for the length of the contract; they can later be internalized, if desired, to become permanent members of your team.

TMAC’s internal specialized Talent Acquisition Team has a 20-year track record of perfecting the art of hiring, training and deploying MSLs and other FBM teams; our hiring process strikes the right balance between technology and personal touch to expedite the recruitment process, getting your team into the field faster.

TMAC’s Program Directors are the best in the industry with unmatched experience working with programs of all sizes in a wide range of therapeutic areas. Your TMAC Program Director works alongside your internal team providing as much direction and oversight as you prefer. The TMAC Program Director will interview and screen every candidate and work with you throughout the process to provide onboarding and training to ready your team for field deployment. Clinical Trial Teams
TMAC offers a full range of Clinical Trial Liaisons and support service options focusing on patient recruitment & retention in support of investigative sites working in conjunction with clinical research associates.

Direct Hire

Medical Information Contact Center
TMAC’s Medical Information Call Center (MICC) is staffed with healthcare professionals (HCPs), such as PharmDs and nurses, who are experienced in addressing medical information inquiries and identifying and handling intake of potential adverse events and product quality complaints. Our experienced support staff address frequently asked questions and non-medical customer service inquiries and triages all medical inquiries to the HCPs as required. We serve as your company’s contact center for inquiries received through phone calls (directed from your toll-free phone number or company phone tree), emails, Medical Information Request Forms (MIRFs) from the field, and/or or web site. TMAC’s MICC represents your company seamlessly to medical professionals, consumers and caregivers ensuring that all inquiries are handled professionally, and all regulatory requirements are met. Our medical writers will create FAQs and standard and custom responses as needed.  And our SOPs are customized for every client and tailored to your company’s specific needs.

Consulting
