TMAC Clinical Specialists (CSs) have engaged in a variety of educational initiatives, including in-services, and have additionally supported patient advocacy initiatives. TMAC CSs are credentialed HCPs, often a PharmD, PhD, MD, or RN, serving as an extension of our client’s Medical Affairs Department. TMAC’s CSs have also been referred to as Field Medical Educators, Regional Clinical Educators, or Clinical Health Educators.
CSs are an integral part of a company’s commercialization strategy, working compliantly in conjunction with their sales counterparts to provide more in-depth clinical presentations. These may include data related to safety issues, recently published manuscripts, drug interactions, and dosing, among other areas.
TMAC CSs are fully salaried and benefitted employees of TMAC and are 100% allocated to the clients they are hired to work on behalf of. TMAC’s flexible model provides its clients with multiple hiring options; including internalization of all or some of the field medical team resources at the conclusion of the program.
